Rush Service

The days of manufactures carrying 10 spares of every critical asset in their storeroom are long over.  Inventories have been reduced, and despite everyone’s best efforts to perform systematic maintenance, inevitably components break down off schedule at the worst possible time.  Perfection Servo understands this and we take these situations very seriously. 
A machine down or a machine running without any spares is both expensive and stressful, which is why we created our rush repair service.  Every component that requires a rush repair is processed as fast as possible.  Should we be unable to ship your component within 3 days following your approval, we will waive the 25% rush fee, but continue to treat your repair as a rush. 

Emergency Service

In the event your situation requires members of our staff to work outside of normal business hours, we are happy to help in those instances as well.  There is a $500 charge per employee plus applicable expenses.  Wake us up at 2am, we’ll be ready.

In either scenario, please rest assured that we will always do everything we can to get the component into your hands as fast as possible.
